The Lighting Control system we installed allows for a single touch operation from any scene controller all the way to automated circadian kelvin control as the day progresses.

We were able to integrate the folding walls into our control system to offer App Control. This is something that has not been done before and required custom programming code for proper operation

Spa
The Hot and Cold Spa required SPA very close work with our Pro Partner Designer as well as many other trades to accomplish a completely hidden backlit slatwall.
In addition to the RGBW Lighting Control, we provided control of the Heated Floor, HVAC, Exhaust Fan and Architectural Audio.

Powder Room
The powder room presented unique challenges. We illuminated the incredible glass green geode wall with LED backlighting.
We also created a custom LED panel to illuminate the quartz sink. This LED panel was custom laser cut to match the shape of the Quartz sink. We sealed these LED’s into an Acrylic bed for proper waterproofing.
Suite Bathroom
The suite bathroom provided its own challenges to illuminate and fit in the requested lighting.
To complete the task we had a custom laser cut metal valance to hide the LED lighting for the shower wall illumination.
Window Shades
The shades for this project are a custom design North-South installation.
This allows the shades to be installed in the center of the wall and both Raise and Lower simultaneously.

Biometric Entry
The entry for the home required a Biometric cloud based system. This would allow for not only App release of the door but also fingerprint scanning to unlock the home.
With this biometric system access is not only granted to this Quonset Hut but also allows access to the clients other properties.
Entertainment
Entertainment for this home is discretely placed throughout the entire home. We have architectural audio in every space, inside and outside. The system is App controlled for ease of operation.
We also provided the home with a 85” Surface interactive touchscreen display for remote work capabilities.
